MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Somers, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management solutions. Our mission is to support every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities by conducting annual screenings for obesity and guiding them to appropriate resources, ensuring they have access to a range of treatment options that align with their needs and preferences. We offer various services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after exploring our program.
