MOVE! Weight Management Program in Trout Creek, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and connected to suitable weight management resources. We offer a variety of evidence-based care options, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and our TeleMOVE! in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for a self-directed approach to weight management. For those facing ongoing challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
