Located in Troy, MT, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity, facilitating access to personalized weight management services that meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of care options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer a self-managed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, alongside access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after participating in MOVE!.
