MOVE! Weight Management Program in West Yellowstone, MT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to support each Veteran in their journey to a healthier lifestyle by providing annual screenings for obesity, personalized referrals to weight management services, and a variety of treatment options tailored to individual needs and preferences. Services include group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home support, along with the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. We also offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who need additional assistance after engaging with MOVE!
