Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Whitehall, MT

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Whitehall, MT, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. Our live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals create a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals alongside supportive peers and specialized nutrition practitioners who are training to achieve their CNS certification. With four meal support sessions offered daily—two for lunch and two for dinner—individuals can easily fit our program into their schedules. While we aim to foster community and connection through shared meals, it's important to note that we do not provide crisis support; for immediate assistance, please reach out to appropriate crisis services. We are here to support your healing journey through compassionate meal support and nutrition education.
