MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Albemarle, NC, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen all Veterans accessing care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to personalized weight management options. Participants can choose from group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, or the innovative TeleMOVE! service for in-home support, as well as utilizing the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management. For those facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
