Community Outreach in Apex, NC, is dedicated to providing essential support to those in need through a compassionate approach. As a vital initiative of North Haven Church, we offer a variety of free services, including food assistance through our grocery distribution, clothing support, a community lunch station, and health and medical resources. We also provide a space for prayer and services for veterans, catering to diverse community needs. No identification is necessary to access these services; however, we do ask for some basic personal information from each visitor. We encourage attendees to bring bags or boxes suitable for carrying groceries. Join us on the third Saturday of every month and arrive at least 15 minutes before we close to ensure you receive the support you need.
