Based in Apex, NC, the Hot Meal Delivery Service is dedicated to providing nutritious meals to frail and homebound seniors and individuals with disabilities residing in Wake County. Our mission is to enhance health and well-being while reducing isolation among those we serve, preventing unnecessary institutionalization. We deliver meals directly to homebound residents aged 60 and older, ensuring they receive the support they need due to various impairments that limit their ability to carry out daily activities. Additionally, we foster a sense of community through congregate dining opportunities, inviting seniors to enjoy healthy meals while engaging in social and educational activities that promote independent living. We also extend our services to disabled residents under 60 who meet specific criteria, offering a welcoming environment for prospective applicants, their families, or caregivers to apply by phone.
