MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Apex, NC, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity while offering personalized weight management options that align with their unique needs and preferences. We provide various services, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, alongside the innovative MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans who continue to face challenges with overweight or weight-related issues, we also facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
