Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Asheboro, NC

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Asheboro, NC, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient recovery phase of eating disorders. Our program features live, virtual group meals that foster a nurturing and safe environment for participants to receive nutritional assistance while enjoying meals together. With daily sessions offered four times—two for lunch and two for dinner—individuals can attend based on their schedule once they are approved. Each session is led by qualified nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their path to obtaining CNS certification. We focus on creating a supportive community during recovery, understanding the importance of shared meals in healing, while ensuring that those in immediate crisis seek appropriate emergency services.
