About Meal Support Program
Located in Asheville, NC, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to offering free, accessible, and eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are in outpatient recovery. Our program hosts live, facilitated virtual group meals designed to create a nurturing and safe environment for participants to consume nutrition while receiving valuable support. With sessions available four times a day, including lunch and dinner, individuals can join as many times as fits their schedule, allowing for flexibility and community connection. Each meal support session is guided by nutrition practitioners in training, who are committed to fostering healing and recovery through compassionate engagement. Please note that while we focus on meal support, we do not provide crisis care; those in need of immediate help are encouraged to reach out to appropriate emergency services.
