MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Belmont, NC, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and has access to personalized weight management options that address their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is also available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who face ongoing challenges related to obesity.
