The Meal Support Program in Boone, NC, offers compassionate and inclusive meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals that create a safe and supportive environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals together. With session times available four times daily, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, individuals can seamlessly integrate meal support into their schedules. Each session is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, dedicated to fostering recovery through nutritional guidance and community. While our focus is on enhancing meal experiences with extra support, please note that we are not a crisis service.
