Lake Norman Community Health Clinic is dedicated to providing free medical services to uninsured families and individuals in Charlotte, NC, and the surrounding North Mecklenburg and South Iredell counties. Our compassionate team offers a range of services five days a week, including primary care, on-site laboratory testing, orthopedics, women’s health services, physical therapy, diabetes education and counseling, nutrition classes, and smoking cessation programs. We focus not only on disease prevention and treatment but also on achieving healthy, sustainable outcomes for our patients. To access our services, individuals must meet financial eligibility requirements, which can be determined during our eligibility screenings held on Mondays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Wednesday evenings from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. We encourage first-time applicants and those needing to renew eligibility to schedule appointments for these screenings.
