Meal Support Program
Project HEAL Clayton, NC
About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Clayton, NC is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. We offer live, facilitated virtual group meals that create a nurturing and supportive environment for participants to consume nutritious meals together. With sessions held four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner opportunities, individuals can easily fit meal support into their schedules. Each session is led by trained nutrition practitioners who are working toward their CNS certification, ensuring participants receive informed guidance during their recovery journey. While we focus on creating a safe space for shared meals, please note that this program is not intended for crisis support. For urgent needs, we encourage reaching out to appropriate resources for help.
