Located in Clayton, NC, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to empowering Veterans through personalized health promotion and comprehensive weight management services. Our mission is to enhance the lives of Veterans by offering annual screenings for obesity and facilitating access to a variety of tailored treatment options. Participants can choose from supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative telehealth services like TeleMOVE!, which includes in-home messaging and clinician consultations. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, we provide the MOVE! Coach mobile app, along with options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight-related issues.
