Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Clinton, NC

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Clinton, NC, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support services for individuals over 16 who are in outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual group meals that create a supportive and safe environment for participants to nourish themselves alongside others on a similar journey. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, individuals can join as often as their schedule allows. Each meal support session is facilitated by qualified nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring that participants receive knowledgeable guidance during their meal experience. While we focus on supportive meal participation, we encourage those in need of crisis intervention to seek immediate help through appropriate resources. Our mission is to foster healing through community connections and careful nutritional support on the path to recovery.
