The Positive Life Program at CommWell Health is dedicated to providing essential HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment services to the diverse communities of southeastern North Carolina, including Clinton. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, high-quality, and fully integrated HIV healthcare that respects every individual, particularly serving low-income and uninsured populations, LGBT communities, and those facing homelessness. Our comprehensive services include primary and specialty HIV medical care, dental care, behavioral health support, medical nutrition therapy, pharmacy assistance, and medical case management. Additionally, we offer crucial HIV testing and prevention education, hepatitis C therapy, post-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), and peer support. We are committed to ensuring accessibility with free and confidential HIV testing available at all CommWell Health medical locations, and we utilize a sliding fee scale for those without insurance.
