Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Concord, NC

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program, based in Concord, NC, offers invaluable support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program provides free, accessible, and eating disorder-informed meal support through live, facilitated virtual group meals, fostering a safe and nurturing environment for participants to focus on nutrition alongside others who understand their journey. With four meal support sessions held daily—two during lunch and two during dinner—individuals have the flexibility to attend as many sessions as their schedule allows. Each meal support session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, currently pursuing their CNS certification. While we are committed to providing essential meal support, please note that our program is not designed for urgent care or crisis intervention. For those in need of immediate assistance, we encourage reaching out to crisis resources.
