MOVE! Weight Management Program, situated in Eden, NC, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity each year, connecting them with the appropriate weight management services that align with their individual needs and lifestyle preferences. We offer a variety of options including group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans who have not achieved their weight loss goals through our programs, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery as additional resources.
