Annie Penn Hospital warmly welcomes community members in Eden, NC, to join our free Group Diabetes Classes designed for individuals at risk for diabetes, those newly diagnosed, or anyone seeking to enhance their understanding of diabetes management. Our practical sessions focus on essential survival skills for diabetes management and effective meal planning, empowering attendees to take control of their health. Classes are held twice a month, on the first Monday from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. and the third Monday from 5:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M., offering the same valuable content at each session, so you only need to attend one. Registration is required, but no referral is necessary—simply reach out to secure your spot and embark on your journey toward better health.
