Our Family Support team is here to provide accurate information and comprehensive assistance right at the moment of diagnosis. We offer a range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of families, including parent mentoring, nutritional education, and meal planning, as well as behavior management support. In addition, we assist families with navigating the application and appeal processes for vital resources such as Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
