About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Franklin, NC, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support tailored specifically for individuals navigating eating disorder recovery in an outpatient setting. Our program offers a welcoming space for those aged 16 and older to gather virtually for live, facilitated meals, reinforcing both nutrition and community. Participants can join our meal support sessions four times a day—two during lunch and two during dinner—allowing for flexibility that accommodates individual schedules. Each session is guided by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are working toward their CNS certification. While our primary focus is on meal support, we emphasize that we are not a crisis intervention program. For urgent needs, individuals should reach out to emergency services or text HEALING to 741741.
