Located in Granite Falls, NC, the Weight Management for Children & Teens program is dedicated to supporting families with children and teens facing weight management challenges, specifically those with a BMI at or above the 95th percentile for their age. Our comprehensive approach encompasses health and nutrition education, disease management, and ongoing support to promote a healthy lifestyle. Families benefit from clinic visits, access to Duke University Health System services that accept Medicare and Medicaid, and a one-year membership to Bull City Fit, where trained staff facilitate engaging activities and foster a sense of community through peer support. Together, we strive to empower young individuals to achieve sustainable health and wellness.
