The Meal Support Program in Havelock, NC, offers compassionate and structured meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals, facilitated by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, create a nurturing environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals while receiving essential support. With four daily meal support sessions scheduled at convenient lunch and dinner times, individuals can join as often as needed to fit their routines.
