Project HEAL Hendersonville, NC

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Hendersonville, NC, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual group meal sessions that create a nurturing environment for participants to share a meal while receiving essential nutritional guidance and emotional support. With sessions available four times a day, including two options for lunch and two for dinner, individuals can easily incorporate meal support into their daily routines. Each session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners who are currently training to achieve their CNS certification, ensuring participants receive professional and informed assistance. While we focus on fostering a supportive community for those on their recovery journey, please note that we do not provide crisis support services; for urgent needs, we encourage individuals to contact appropriate crisis resources immediately.
