Located in Hope Mills, NC, the Vision Resource Center is dedicated to empowering blind and visually impaired residents of Cumberland County through an inclusive array of programs and services. We provide essential van transportation for easy access to the Center and encourage healthy living with our comprehensive Healthy Living Program, featuring healthy cooking classes, yoga, chair exercises, and various fitness options. Our Gift of Sight Program, along with Braille classes, arts and crafts, and cultural programming, fosters creativity and connection. We also prioritize community engagement through social activities, youth programming, and a dynamic summer camp. Additionally, our support groups, featuring guest speakers, offer valuable resources and a sense of community, complemented by referral services and monthly gatherings of the National Federation of the Blind to strengthen our mission to uplift and support individuals with visual impairments.
