MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans in Indian Trail, NC, through comprehensive and personalized weight management solutions. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity, allowing us to provide tailored referrals to various effective weight management services. We offer a range of options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which supports Veterans in their homes with messaging and clinician contact as needed. Additionally, our MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing ongoing weight-related challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring other options.
