Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Jacksonville, NC

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Jacksonville, NC, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a welcoming and safe space where participants can gather four times daily for lunch and dinner, receiving nutrition and vital support in their healing journey. Each session is facilitated by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification. This nurturing environment fosters community and connection, offering participants the opportunity to integrate nutrition while receiving compassionate guidance. We prioritize a structured yet flexible approach, allowing individuals to attend as many sessions as their schedule permits. Please note, our program is not a crisis support service; for immediate assistance, we encourage reaching out to emergency services.
