Backpacks of Hope Program, part of Esther's Heart for Transformation Ministry, is dedicated to empowering youth in Kannapolis, NC, by combating weekend food insecurity through our essential food assistance initiative. We understand the importance of ensuring that children have access to nutritious meals outside of school hours, and our program provides nourishing bags of food that sustain them throughout the weekend. Serving students in the Mecklenburg and Cabarrus County School Systems, we aim to build confidence and character in our youth while fostering a sense of community and support. Together, we create pathways for brighter futures, ensuring that every child has the nourishment they need to thrive.
