Located in Kannapolis, NC, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to serving low-income individuals with dysphagia by ensuring they have access to essential resources for better nutrition and care. Our food assistance program offers a variety of critical items, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment, all tailored to support those facing the challenges of dysphagia.
