Grassroots Grocery, located in Kannapolis, NC, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to families in need within our community. Through our program, eligible members can receive $150-$200 in groceries each week, which include a wide range of nutritious options such as fresh produce, meats, frozen meals, deli items, canned goods, snacks, and personal toiletries. Our mission is to ensure that households have access to food that meets their basic nutritional needs. Families can visit us once a week, but appointments must be scheduled for each shopping visit. To access our services, prospective members can complete an application, which typically takes 5-7 business days for review. Once approved, our friendly team will reach out to set up an in-person enrollment session and welcome you to our grocery family.
