Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Kannapolis, NC

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Kannapolis, NC, is dedicated to providing free, accessible, and informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals that foster a supportive and safe environment for participants to engage with nutrition while receiving guidance from trained practitioners. With meal support sessions scheduled four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can easily integrate our services into their routines as they seek to enhance their recovery journey. Each session is facilitated by nutrition practitioners who are gaining expertise through the Clinician’s Incubator training program and are working towards their CNS certification. While we focus on meal support, please note that this is not a crisis care service; for urgent support, we encourage those in need to reach out to appropriate crisis resources.
