At Support Network, located in Lenoir, NC, our mission is to enhance the lives and health of individuals affected by HIV/AIDS. We are dedicated to preventing transmission through comprehensive education and testing programs. Our client services cater to everyone diagnosed with HIV/AIDS, offering vital support such as resource and referral services, case management, emergency financial aid, transportation, and food assistance through our food pantry. Our compassionate team works collaboratively to answer questions and help individuals connect with essential community resources. Available Monday through Friday, our case managers provide personalized support and can assist with everything from finding an HIV-friendly dentist to applying for ADAP and Medicare coverage. We also offer free and confidential HIV testing every day at our office from 9 AM to 4:30 PM. All our services are provided at no cost and are available in English, Spanish, and American Sign Language.
