Located in Louisburg, NC, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Through our live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, we create a nurturing and supportive environment where participants can enjoy meals together, reinforcing their journey toward wellness. With sessions offered four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner options, we encourage attendees to join as frequently as their schedules allow. Each meal support session is led by qualified nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring expert guidance throughout the recovery process. Please note, this program is designed to complement outpatient care and is not a substitute for urgent or crisis support.
