The Lake Norman Community Health Clinic is dedicated to providing free medical care to uninsured families and individuals in Matthews, NC, and surrounding areas of North Mecklenburg and South Iredell counties. Open five days a week with extended hours on Wednesdays, our clinic aims to not just treat illness, but to promote healthy living through comprehensive services. Our offerings include primary care, on-site laboratory work, orthopedics, women’s health services, physical therapy, diabetes education, nutrition classes, smoking cessation programs, and specialty referrals. To ensure a quality experience, we require all patients to undergo eligibility screenings, held on Mondays from 11 AM to 1 PM and Wednesday evenings from 5 PM to 7 PM. We encourage both first-time applicants and returning patients to schedule an appointment for the eligibility screening to facilitate access to our vital health services.
