At Lake Norman Community Health Clinic in Mooresville, NC, we are dedicated to providing essential free medical services to uninsured individuals and families in North Mecklenburg and South Iredell counties. Operating five days a week, with evening hours on Wednesdays, our mission extends beyond treating illness; we aim to foster healthy outcomes for our patients through a comprehensive array of services. These include primary care, on-site laboratory testing, orthopedics, women’s health services, physical therapy, diabetes education, nutrition classes, smoking cessation support, specialty referrals, and the assistance of community health workers. To ensure we are serving those in need, we conduct eligibility screenings for financial assistance every Monday from 11am to 1pm and Wednesday evenings from 5pm to 7pm. We also offer scheduled appointments for eligibility screenings for both first-time applicants and current patients seeking to renew their status.
