Matthew 25 Community Ministry, based in Newport, NC, serves as a vital outreach initiative of St. James United Methodist Church, dedicated to providing essential support services to individuals and families in need. Our mission encompasses food assistance through our food pantry, clothing distribution, and financial support, all aimed at improving the lives of those in our community. Guided by a committed 12-member Board of Directors, Matthew 25 relies on the generosity of donations and funding from the SJUMC Thrift Shop to sustain our programs.
