Located in Newport, NC, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate, free meal support designed specifically for individuals at the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery who are 16 years and older. Our program provides a welcoming, virtual environment for group meals that prioritize nutrition and emotional support, ensuring participants feel safe and understood while they eat. With four daily meal support sessions available, including two for lunch and two for dinner, individuals can easily find a time that fits their schedule, allowing for flexible attendance. Each session is guided by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator, who are dedicated to fostering a supportive and positive atmosphere.
