Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Oxford, NC

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Oxford, NC is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals over 16 who are in outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program offers free, accessible virtual group meals that take place four times daily, ensuring that participants have the opportunity to gather and consume meals in a safe and nurturing environment. Each session is facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners on the path to earning their CNS certification, who offer guidance and support during the meal experience. Participants can attend as many sessions as they wish to fit into their schedules, fostering a sense of community and shared recovery. While we focus on meal support, please note that this is not crisis intervention; for immediate assistance, we recommend reaching out to local emergency services.
