Located in Thomasville, NC, the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) offers compassionate and comprehensive support for seniors living with chronic illnesses or disabilities, allowing them to stay in the comfort of their own homes instead of seeking nursing home placement. Our program provides a wide range of services, including primary and specialty medical care, such as physician and nursing services, vision and dental care, physical therapy, and emergency medical assistance.
