Common Cupboard at Wingate Baptist Church in Waxhaw, NC, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to families in need through The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP). Each week, we offer a variety of USDA commodities, fresh produce, and baked goods to ensure our community has access to nutritious food. To receive emergency food from our pantry, residents of Union County must complete a brief application, which grants them access for the entire year. Our food pantry operates every Tuesday evening from 7 PM to 8 PM. To ensure the safety of everyone, we kindly ask that patrons remain in their vehicles, with food served directly to you. Together, we are here to support our neighbors and reduce hunger in our community.
