At the Tar River Region Food Pantry in Wilson, NC, we are dedicated to providing essential food assistance and promoting nutritional awareness within our community. Our food pantry offers individuals and families access to nutritious food once every 30 days, with additional referrals to local food banks for further support. We are committed to not only meeting immediate food needs but also identifying other assistance requirements, connecting families with resources through our partnerships with local organizations, including Catholic Charities. In response to the ongoing challenges of COVID-19, we have adapted our services to prioritize health and safety, operating a convenient curbside pickup model for both our food pantry and clothing closet to ensure everyone can access the support they need without compromising their well-being.
