About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Wilson, NC, is dedicated to offering free, accessible meal support tailored for those aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. We understand the journey to wellness can be challenging, which is why our program provides a welcoming space for individuals to join live, facilitated virtual group meals. With sessions scheduled four times daily to fit various schedules, participants are encouraged to attend as many meal support times as they need. Led by compassionate nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, each meal support session is designed to promote nutritional well-being alongside empathetic support. While we focus on meal support and recovery, we emphasize that we are not a crisis intervention service. For immediate assistance, please contact appropriate crisis resources. Our mission is to empower individuals as they reclaim their relationship with food in a supportive community.
