N4L supports eligible Medicare Advantage and Medicaid clients under Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) as well as beneficiaries of the Older Americans Act. If you are unsure about your eligibility for meal delivery, we encourage you to consult your case manager or local Area Agency on Aging for assistance. For those who may not qualify for government assistance, our affordable self-pay program allows clients to select their meals at just $7.75 each, ensuring everyone has access to convenient, health-focused nutrition. Additionally, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients' health journeys.
