Our free 15-week intensive program equips students with essential culinary skills and life skills that pave the way for rewarding employment in the food industry. Participants gain valuable certifications, including ServSafe, ensuring they are well-prepared for entry-level positions as chefs in both retail and private food settings. Classes run Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at our food bank facility, and transportation assistance is available for eligible individuals. We welcome adults aged 18 and older who possess a high school diploma or GED to join us in building a sustainable future through nutrition, healthy cooking practices, and essential communication skills.
