The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Battle Mountain, NV, is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders in sustainable agriculture and food justice. We empower our Fellows with practical education in organic food systems and essential advocacy skills, fostering a future where food access is equitable and environmentally sound. Our program stands out by eliminating tuition costs, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all aspiring advocates. Over a transformative six-month residency at our Allegheny Farm Campus, selected Fellows engage deeply with hands-on farming practices, develop community gardens, and lead health-focused educational initiatives. Following this, they enter a Community Action Year, applying their knowledge through partnerships with local non-profits to drive real change. We invite passionate individuals to join us in shaping a food system that supports community resilience and ecological balance, with applications due by March for the experience running from May to October.
