Our program, available in both English and Spanish, equips participants with six informative e-booklets tailored to their journey post-diagnosis, along with a monthly e-newsletter packed with seasonal tips and local resources. We invite participants to engage with our community by submitting their phone number to join our exclusive monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A sessions, where they can directly address their diabetes-related questions to ADA experts, learn about the essential connection between diabetes and heart health, and receive helpful giveaways that encourage thriving with diabetes.
