Located in Bunkerville, NV, the Waiver for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities and Related Conditions (ID) is dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages who live with intellectual disabilities or related conditions such as Autism and Down Syndrome. Our mission is to provide essential services that empower our recipients to live fulfilling lives while maintaining their required Level of Care. We offer a comprehensive range of support services including Jobs and Day Training, Residential Support Services, Behavioral Consultation, Counseling, Non-Medical Transportation, Nursing Care, and Nutrition Counseling. Our goal is to ensure that individuals receive the critical resources they need to thrive in their community and successfully navigate daily challenges.
