Located in Cal Nev Ari, NV, the Medical Nutrition Therapy Program, offered by Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada, is dedicated to ensuring that adults aged 60 and older in Clark County receive essential nutrition to support their health. Our program features meal delivery and personalized dietary consultations from a registered dietitian, specifically designed for individuals facing challenges such as medical conditions needing nutritional support, chewing or swallowing difficulties, and malnutrition. We provide comprehensive services including nutrition consultations over the phone, modified textured meals, and nutritional supplements for eligible clients when available. Each meal is carefully analyzed by a Registered Dietitian to align with the standards of the Older Americans Act and adheres to the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, delivering balanced meals that provide one-third of the daily required nutrition. Our meals are crafted to be easily integrated into dietary plans for those with diabetes and heart disease, ensuring that our seniors receive both care and nourishment.
